Your tasks
- You develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals in France
- You build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
- You lead and mentor a team of sales managers, technical specialists and support staff to drive performance and exceed customer expectations
- You identitfy market trends and growth opportunities to develop business any futher
- You collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
- You drive marketing and promotional activities forward to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
Your profile
- Proven track record of success in animal feed sales, marketing, or management roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Deep understanding of the animal feed industry in France, including market dynamics, customer needs and competitive landscape
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams for achieve results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
- Fluent in French, written and verbal; good knowledge in English
- Preferablly located in the north or west of France
